Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at ARYNEST. All our orders are Cash on Delivery, so the easiest way to avoid a problem is to check the parcel before you pay the courier.

Check before you pay

You may open the parcel and inspect the watch in front of the courier. If the item is damaged, or it is not the item you ordered, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0347 7212914.

7-day exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • the watch is faulty or stopped working on its own,
  • you received the wrong item or the wrong colour,
  • the parcel arrived damaged.

Conditions

  • The watch must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
  • The original box and packaging must be included.
  • Your order number and the phone number used on the order are required.
  • An unboxing video or clear photos are strongly recommended for damage or wrong-item claims.

Not eligible

  • Items damaged by misuse, water exposure or accidental damage.
  • Normal scratches on the strap or case from daily wear.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items returned without the original packaging.

How to start a return or exchange

Send your order number and photos or a short video of the problem to 0347 7212914 on WhatsApp, or email aryanmalik4006@gmail.com. Our team replies within 24 hours and arranges the pickup or tells you where to send the item.

Refunds

Because every order is Cash on Delivery, no payment is taken before delivery. If a refund is agreed after a return has been received and inspected, it is issued by bank transfer or Easypaisa or JazzCash to the account you provide, normally within 7 working days of the returned item reaching us. Return shipping is paid by us when the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Warranty

Each watch carries a 6-month warranty on the movement. Water damage, damage from drops or misuse, battery replacement and normal wear of the strap are not covered.
